Order & Delivery Information

Standard Shipping orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has shipped from the warehouse.

Please note that delivery may take longer than usual during holiday seasons.

Should there be additional delays to the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. low inventory supply), you will be notified on the product page.

You should receive your purchases in 3 to 4 business days after confirmation of your order. Delivery hours are as follows:

• Monday to Friday, 10AM to 6PM
• Saturday, 10AM to 2PM

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping rate of £5 will be charged for every order. Taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.

Shipping Countries

We currently ship to United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Ireland, Switzerland, and United States from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.

Duties and taxes

If you’re ordering from outside of United Kingdom, you might incur additional duties and taxes when your package arrives. These fees are separate from your shipping cost and are your responsibility to pay.

Unfortunately we’re unable to advise on these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country; For a better estimate, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

Important note: We’re unable to refund the original shipping cost if you need to return your order internationally.

Signing your delivery

If you won’t be home, be sure to appoint someone to receive the order on your behalf. In the event of a failed delivery, our delivery partner will contact you and attempt another delivery.

Change of delivery address
To ensure your items are delivered to you as quickly as possible, orders are usually processed within 1 working day. Any changes made to your order after the order has been placed will be subjected to redelivery charges.
